Join embalmer Amanda King for a technical embalming-focused webinar that dives into the specialized techniques required for today’s more common complex cases. In this one-hour technical webinar, embalmer Amanda King will guide you through specialized embalming approaches for challenging cases, including autopsied remains, organ and tissue donors, and individuals presenting with edema or other restorative concerns.

You will gain valuable insight into chemical selection, injection methods, and case-specific preparation tips in addition to exploring color theory and cosmetic application strategies for complex post-mortem presentations, helping to enhance both preservation and presentation in difficult scenarios.

This webinar is ideal for embalmers seeking practical insight and real-world solutions when standard approaches aren’t enough.

 What you will learn:

Discover how to tailor your embalming approach for autopsy, organ/tissue donor, and edema cases using appropriate injection techniques, chemical selection, and drainage management.
  2. Problem-Solving in the Prep Room:
Learn to tackle difficult cases involving poor circulation, tissue damage, or feature setting with practical, results-driven solutions.
  3. Enhancing Presentation Through Technique:
Understand how post-embalming cosmetic decisions—guided by basic color theory—can complement your technical work and improve the overall appearance in restorative cases.
