Notification of Death - Gary L. Chessman

December 21, 2005

OFDA received word this afternoon about the death of Gary L. Chessman. Mr. Chessman died Wednesday, December 21, 2005, at the age 55. He was associated along with his family with Swart Funeral Home for many years.

He is survived by his beloved wife Teresa; two daughters, Julie (Eddie) Neff and Nikki (Chris) Dahlinghaus; two sons, David and Travis Adams; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
