Notification of Death - J. Rodney McPeek

OFDA received word this morning about the death of J. Rodney McPeek, 59, of Granville, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at home. Mr. McPeek and his wife, Deborah, owned the McPeek Funeral Home in Granville, which they purchased in 1973 from Lloyd R. Crouse.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, November 1, 2005 in Shephard Hall of Centenary United Methodist Church, Granville. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 2, at Centenary United Methodist Church. A private graveside service will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.

Mr. McPeek is survived by his mother, E. Frances Jones McPeek; wife, Deborah Nie McPeek; and sons, Matthew N., and Kevin M. (Kathleen) McPeek.
