Notification of Death - Charles Richard Guttadore

March 13, 2005

OFDA received word this afternoon about the death of Charles Richard Guttadore, 78, who passed away Sunday, March 13, 2005 at the Forum at Knightsbridge. Mr. Guttadore was the father of Greg Guttadore of ASI, 3rd party Administrator for the OFDA Master Trust.

He was preceded in death by wife of 54 years Marjorie. Survived by children, Gregory (Judy) Guttadore, John (Kimberly) Guttadore, Christine (David) Beggs and Diane Guttadore, grandchildren, Caitlin, Evan, Graham and Adam, sister, Nina Flouton.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held loam, Friday, March 18, 2005 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 20 E. Dominon Blvd. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-8pm at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio.
